General Tasks Include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
  • Assisting with account reconciliation and reporting as required.
  • Following up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Providing administrative support as necessary, including data entry and filing.
