Overview

Rooks County Health Center has an opening for a Director of Employee Health, Infection Prevention, Quality Improvement and Risk Management. The successful candidate will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital’s overall quality
improvement (QI) program that includes ancillary, nursing, and medical staff departments to identify trends, prioritize and recommend improvements, and decrease duplication. They will investigate incident reports, patient complaints, and patient care issues.  This individual has oversight over all infection control and prevention. They will also be responsible for all functions of the employee health program and for providing clinical employee health services at Rooks County Health Center. The ideal candidate will have skills in communication, conflict resolution, and interdepartmental relations. Qualifications include: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare required,
