Phillips County Medical Clinic is seeking a warm and upbeat individual to join our clinic registration team!
The Patient Registration Clerk is responsible for smooth and effective clerical operations that include: managing calls, greeting, scheduling, and registering patients for the clinic.
The ideal candidate maintains a positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
Requirements:
• High-School Diploma
• Computer proficient
• Customer service experience preferred
The schedule is Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with extended clinic evening hour and Friday morning rotation every 3rd week. (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM to Noon Friday.)
