Nex-Tech has an exciting career opportunity for a Video Production Editor! This position is open to any Nex-Tech location. Remote location/work may be considered.

 

Our Video Production Editor is responsible for editing a wide variety of audio and video assets for Nex-Tech and our Advertising Solutions clients, including promotional content, radio commercials, and digital advertisements. Assists with script production, coordinates and schedules talent, and distributes media to various outlets. Distributes company and client videos such as: commercials, internal training, testimonials, live streaming, social media posts, radio, local content, and promotional media material.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of video production and industry trends
Skill in customer service, customer relations, and oral and written communication
Skill in using various media programs for video editing, script writing, local channel management, video encoding, local video-on-demand, project management, and file transfer and maintenance programs
Skill in operating various types of media equipment, such as production editing equipment, television, video camera, tripod, lighting, audio equipment, and audio/video cabling
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret software and budget reports

Education or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Animation, Graphic Design, Broadcasting, Marketing, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience
