JTS CDL Training is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our CDL training school and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Administrative Support: As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and instructors. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and files. You will also assist with data entry, document preparation, and other general office tasks as needed.
Office Management: The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is well-organized and presentable. You will also assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and other events held in our training facility.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a priority at JTS CDL Training. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and callers. You will greet them warmly, address their inquiries, and provide them with the necessary information and assistance.
