Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Nurse/Veterinary Assistant 

Busy two veterinarian, mixed animal veterinary clinic located in Oberlin, Kansas is looking to hire a licensed/registered Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Assistant.

This position is a full-time position with benefits.

Requirements:

·         Be able to work in a busy environment

·         Be a positive minded person

·         Be dependable

·         Be responsible and trustworthy

·         Have both large animal and small animal experience (cattle, dogs and cats required, horses preferred but not required)

·         Be able to lift at least 50 pounds

·         Have good communication skills both written and verbal

·         Be willing to work with the public and with other staff

·         Be self-motivated

·         Be willing to take and follow instructions

Compensation:

Heartland Veterinary Service of Oberlin is a busy, two-veterinarian mixed animal veterinary practice located across from that airport in Oberlin, Kansas.

Our clinic offers companion and production animal services on-sight and mobile production animal services.  We also offer boarding.

Our clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to Noon.

Heartland Veterinary Service is growing and expanding and is looking for the right person to join our practice.
