Our intern will learn the basics of running a meat locker, including, but not limited to, inventory management, scheduling, customer assistance, basic meat cuts, curing process, sanitation, state inspection rules, and the smoking process. By the end of the summer, the student will have the ability to create their own type of product and be able to order appropriate items, process, package, price, and market to customers. Some positions may require student to be at least age 18.
