We are searching for a private chef to fill a seasonal position at a hunting lodge. The position will run from September through January. 3-4 days per week, ~30-40 hours per week. Some weekends may be required but no holidays. There will be the possibility of additional hours outside of hunting season doing general labor at the lodge if desired.

This position will be primarily responsible for preparing lunches and dinners for groups of 15 to 35 individuals. Some kitchen cleanup required as time allows. Chef will have access to high quality farm-to-table ingredients including beef, chicken, eggs, and garden produce grown onsite. Our meal experience is focused around high quality, local ingredients, homestyle recipes with a dash of creativity, and the inclusion of wild game whenever possible.

Great communication and customer service skills is a MUST for this position. We are looking for someone who has experience cooking, is outgoing and has great interpersonal skills, an ability to manage time, and can work solo or with a team.

Pay DOE $25+
