Farm Assistant/Direct Support Interns – Interns in this position will work alongside six men with developmental disabilities to assist in managing gardens, animals, and property. The position may include assisting with new construction or remodels. It may also include coffee roasting and helping with farmers market sales of produce with the men of Bethesda Place.

“Star Summer” Assistant Intern – In this position, our intern will help coordinate and facilitate a Care Cooperative Calendar where children and adults can gather in community settings with their caregivers to have an enriching summer experience. This intern will work alongside caregivers and community partners to ensure that participants of the program can together enjoy all that Hays has to offer.
