Do you love assisting people and are looking for an Administrator-In-Training program? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for Administrators in Training to work in a skilled nursing facility who want to become Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

 

Job Summary:

The Administrator in Training (AIT) is responsible for assisting and training under the Administrator on the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations for long term care to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Finances.

• Developing Census.

• Regulatory Compliance.

• Recruitment and Retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Prior Management Experienced is required.

• Completion of required academic credit hours.
