Certified Activity Maestro: We’re seeking someone with the accreditation of a Certified Activity Director, armed with the knowledge to orchestrate an unforgettable symphony of engagement.
Trailblazing Spirit: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or a related field? Great! Show us your trailblazing spirit by being licensed or registered, either nationally or in the State where you practice.
Seasoned Navigator: You’ve sailed the seas of long-term care for at least a year as an Activity Director, proving your leadership and innovation in creating memorable experiences.
Social Architect: With at least two years of recent experience crafting exceptional social and recreational programs, including a year dedicated to resident activities in a healthcare setting, you’re the architect of social connection.

Rapid Responder: In the fast-paced world of resident care, you’ll complete the “Preferences for Routine and Activities” section of the Minimal Data Set, the CAA when prompted, and our Company Recreation/Activity Evaluation within five business days of admission. Be the swift advocate for enriching lives.
Creative Alchemist: Work your magic by designing admissions interviews, documenting experiences, and weaving these into the fabric of our residents’ lives, completing the MDS assessment tool and corresponding CAA and care plans.

Needs Whisperer: Tune into residents’ preferences and pursuits, unearthing hidden passions and addressing health concerns that may have diminished their engagement. Document these insights with precision and care.
Tailor of Triumph: Create personalized care plans, using your thorough assessments to tailor strategies that empower residents to reclaim their zest for life.
Innovation Engineer: Break down barriers to participation by strategizing ways to help residents overcome challenges. Unlock doors to experiences tailored to their functional and situational realities.
